Delivery day is approaching.

Know what to expect on the day your Loom & Leaf is set to arrive. Our mattress professionals will set up your mattress for you, and we have no cancellation fee prior to the day of delivery.

4-hour delivery window

You will get a call from us 1 day prior to your delivery date to plan your 4-hour delivery window.

If we are late

If our drivers are running late, our dispatcher will call you to let you know. You will have the option to reschedule the delivery for another day at no cost to you, or cancel the order with a full refund.

If you are late, or not home

If you are not home we will take the merchandise back and you will have the option of rescheduling the delivery with a new delivery fee added, or cancelling the order for a full refund less the $99 transportation cost.

Damaged merchandise? Don’t panic.

You have several options. You may refuse the merchandise for a full refund or for an exchange of a new mattress delivered to you on the next available delivery day at no cost. You may also accept the merchandise (noting the damage on our driver’s delivery ticket) and then make arrangements with us to exchange it as soon as possible, at no charge.

Wrong product?

In the extremely rare occasion that you are delivered the wrong size bed and you are in need of a bed that evening, simply accept the bed knowing we will exchange it for the correct size as soon as humanly possible and at no cost to you. You can use that bed as your own until the exchange is made. The bed you used will be donated to charity since the seal has been opened.

Things to remember

We can’t measure for you. Please measure ahead of time and make sure the product you ordered will fit through all doors, rooms, and hallways to make the delivery. If your mattress and/or foundation can not fit into the room it was intended for, it will be returned to our facility and you will be fully refunded less the delivery fee. Be sure there is an adult, 18 or older on the premises at the time of your delivery.
