I have to Score this team five star they call me 1hr before six minutes before they were spot on highly recommend them
We purchased a loom and leaf for our spare bedroom. We have been sleeping on it since we began doing a complete gut on the upstairs. While we have been sleeping on it longer than I would like, I am amazed at how great I am sleeping. My husband gets up several times a night and it never bothers me now. We are ordering a second loom and leaf for our new bedroom and moving our old mattress to the other spare bedroom.
I researched for months and decided on this mattress. I am still in my 120 day trial and am not quite sure what to do. I love love love the mattress and how I don't wake up with pain anymore. I am a hot sleeper and it doesn't heat up like my old Tempur-Pedic. I wouldn't exactly say it is cool but it definitely isn't hot. So that's another plus. And when either of us get in or get out, the mattress doesn't move a bit. I was also thrilled there was NO off gassing like the Tempur-Pedic. But the lack of edge support has me worried. Sometimes I feel like I am going to roll right off the bed. And you can't sit on the edge for anything. I also bought the Saatva frame which is quite beautiful but just a bit low, even for me (5') and esp for my fiancé (6'2"). I did call customer service and they confirmed there is no edge support. I am so pleased with the feel, I probably will keep it. Also love the King size!
I recently purchased a mattress from the Loom and Leaf division of the Saatva company. I arrived at this decision after extensive, and exhaustive, research about the best options in Eco-mattresses. The Saatva company was the clear winner and I was excited to experience my new mattress first-hand! I first ordered the most popular mattress which was a medium firm memory firm. The ordering and delivery process was seamless, and with the white glove service I quickly and easily had my new mattress set up in my room. I tried the medium firm for a couple of months but found that, with my back issues, the bed was a little too much on the firm side for me and I also slept a bit hot. But, no worries, I called customer service and easily got my order adjusted to pick up the firm mattress and try the plush softer version. Although the mattress was great, after about six weeks I realized the soft version was not quite a match for me. So, once again, I called customer service and spoke with Kat, a sleep specialist. Now, although the mattress may not have worked for me with my unique needs, this is where my praise and admiration for this company's ethics and philosophy only magnifies. Without a beat, Kat kindly and efficiently arranged for my mattress to be returned. A refund was issued immediately, and the whole process was warm, kind and seamless from start to finish. Frankly, I am stunned by the quality of the customer service with this company. The service I received was unparalleled in any industry I have worked with. Although the mattress didn't work out for me, I would have no hesitation in recommending Loom & Leaf to anyone desiring a Eco mattress from an ethical company with outstanding customer service and values. Well done and thank you Loom & Leaf for your help!
We purchased a King relaxed firm about 2 years ago. I called in today, as we are finding it too soft for us. The customer service representatives were excellent in asking us questions to clarify the issue, and ultimately offered us a solution that is extremely fair. Many companies today refuse to service customers after their 'trial' periods, or if a year has passed. I haven't experienced such exceptional customer service in a very long time. I will likely post another review once we receive our new Firm mattress :) Thank you Loom & Leaf!
We’ve had our Cal King Loom & Leaf mattress for nearly two years & still look forward to climbing into bed at night...so much so that we dread extended stays elsewhere knowing the mattress at whichever hotel or AB&B won’t compare. Both my wife and I have had injuries from athletics & night after night this mattress produces a luxurious & pain free sleep When the time comes, we’ll certainly purchase again.
We bought our Loom & Leaf when I was pregnant with my daughter. This mattress literally helped me get through my pregnancy without any back pain, that I did have my first pregnancy. 3 years later and I haven’t had any back pain and I really credit this mattress partially. It has gone up in price I’d still recommend it. The only thing is I would definitely try the one with the cooling layer as I do ocassionally get with my mattress. Thanks Loom & Leaf!
I've had my Loom & Leaf mattress for a year now, waited to review to really see how it was. I like it well enough. It's a nice, high quality mattress and I do get a decent night's sleep on it. There are no pressure points and nothing hurts more when I get up than it did when I went to bed. The ordering, delivery and set-up were great; excellent service. Those are strong positive recommendations and for many people reading this we can stop there and say: buy this mattress. But I can't add to the rave reviews that were the only reviews I was able to read on the site. (Are there no negative comments at all? Or are they buried at the bottom of pages and pages so that no one sees them? I tried but couldn't find them.) I got the Relaxed Firm. It is much firmer than my old, original Tempur-Pedic. That's good, in that I don't sink into it nearly as much when sitting up to read. It's less good lying down. Without a bit more of the "squish" this feels more like a regular mattress than a memory foam one to me. It's not uncomfortable and it is supportive, but even after a year I feel it's a bit too firm. The main reason I chose this brand was because of the cooling claim. I was boiling in the Tempur foam. This is cooler than that was for sure, but it isn't actually cool. I get up once almost every night. When I return to bed a few minutes later, the spot where I was sleeping is warm. Very warm. That's better than boiling hot, but it really isn't cool. I sleep alone so I usually move over a bit to avoid the hot spot, but I would tell women of a certain age not to expect a miracle. On another issue, I see that L&L sells quilted mattress pads on the site (at a crazy price). These were not yet offered a year ago. At that time when I inquired about a mattress cover I was warned by customer service NOT to use a quilted pad as it would interfere with the foam's reactivity. They recommended a smooth, thin cotton cover sold by another site, which I bought. It is only just barely deep enough to fit on the mattress which is kind of annoying, but I manage. I find it strange that they now sell what they told me not to buy. Prospective buyers may want to inquire about this. Bottom line: very good mattress that doesn't quite live up to its hype.
